To Our Valued Customers and Supply Partners,
Corona Virus Update
Rose Integration is continuously monitoring the status of the novel coronavirus COVID-19, and we want to assure our customers and supply partners that we are currently in full operation and continuing to provide service, while taking all possible measures to protect our employees, customers and the public. We currently meet a number of criteria for essential supplier status as determined by the Government of Ontario, and have also received letters from a number of our clients in Canada and the USA confirming their essential business status.
We are following the updates and protocols posted from the Government of Canada Health and Safety guidelines, WHO, Ottawa Public Health, as well as from our owners – The Tomlinson Group (www.tomlinsongroup.com), and have fully implemented all safety protocols and procedures available at our shop – including increased hygiene, cleaning, physical separation, limited visitor access, and symptom monitoring. Our top priority is the health of our employees, customers and the public.
As we continue to operate under these circumstances, rest assured that Rose Integration, The Tomlinson Group and all our employees will continue offering the highest and safest level of service. Should there be any changes to this status, we will provide a further update.
We wish you, your associates and families the best of health. Thank you for your business.
Feel free to contact us with any questions through our standard channels or directly to me at [email protected] or 613-223-7665.
