Being one of the largest precision-machining suppliers in Eastern Ontario with 34 CNC machines, we have the flexibility to meet variable demand from our customers. We have 15 CNC turning centers with 10 having 8 or 9 axis capability and can feed 1.5″–4.3″ bar stock through spindle. We also have 16 milling centers with 3, 4, and 5 axis capability with pallet changers. Our typical run lot quantity is 100 –2000 pieces.
Rose Integration is well known for our effective management of outside processing, such as anodizing, chem-film, painting, plating, heat treatments, castings, forgings, welding, grinding and 3rd party testing. Whether we need to adhere to customer Approved Vendor Lists and related flow-down requirements, or use Rose Integration Approved Vendors, we can source and manage all specifications.

When you need more than machining, Rose Integration has the capacity and expertise to achieve a wide range of secondary manufacturing and finishing processes.
Rose has created strategic alliances with a network of outside subcontractors that are built on rigorous supplier approvals including on-site audits. We pride ourselves on these strong relationships and guarantee they provide added value to our customers. Alternatively, we can adhere to our customer’s approved vendor lists.

ANODIZING:
From standard to complex anodizing, custom color options available at request.
HEAT TREATING:
Annealing, case hardening, precipitation strengthening, tempering, carburizing, normalizing, quenching, nitriding, cryogenic treatments.
COATING:
Liquid or powder-coat, chemical conversion, and black oxide. Stenciling in-house.
CASTINGS AND FORGINGS:
Die-cast, Investment cast, Sand cast & Forgings. We qualify the supplier, parts, and manage the tooling on your behalf.
WELDING:
TIG, MIG, Conventional.
PART ENGRAVING:
In-house Laser, Dot Matrix, Stamp-ink, and On-machine engraving.
Plating:
A range of plating requirements such as cadmium, chrome, zinc, nickel, silver and gold plating.
